Good morning.
There is a payment failure and a request due today.
Letterdoll · Inbox companion
Turn your inbox
from a place to read
into a place to see.
Letterdoll reads Gmail from your connected Google Account, classifies, summarizes, and groups routine notifications, then highlights failures, deadlines, requests, and other important changes. See the shape of your day without opening messages one by one.
Gmail data is used for classification, summaries, and grouping. We mark as read, archive, or undo only when you explicitly ask; we never send or delete mail.
We process message bodies, headers, participants, dates, labels, and attachment metadata with Cloudflare Workers, D1, and Queues. Only the portion needed for classification or summarization is sent to OpenAI when rules and known templates cannot decide. You can delete stored data from Settings.

The inbox, recut
Success notices, regular reports, and billing updates are small on their own, but they all look alike in an inbox. Letterdoll reads mail as events, folds away the routine, and leaves the changes.
How it works
We look beyond the sender to see what happened: success, failure, a request, or a deadline.
Normal notifications of the same kind become one card with a count and time range, not a stack of messages.
Failures, deadlines, and requests come first; everything else arrives quietly as a Brief.
Private by design
After Google sign-in, connect the Gmail inboxes you want to use. Read and archive actions affect only messages in the inbox you explicitly selected. Choose an initial window of 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or all time. Repeated notices are grouped without AI, then representative decisions can become rules.
