Letterdoll
Letterdoll is a web application that reads Gmail messages from Google Accounts explicitly connected by the user. It classifies, summarizes, and groups routine notifications, then highlights failures, deadlines, requests, and other changes that may require attention.

What the app is for
Letterdoll reduces the burden of checking every message so you can focus on changes that need your attention. Repeated success notices and regular reports appear as one group, while failures, deadlines, and requests are brought forward.
Google user data
Why we use Google user data
Letterdoll uses the body, headers, participants, dates, labels, and attachment metadata from Gmail you explicitly connect to classify, summarize, group mail, and show important changes. Gmail state-changing permission is used only to mark messages you select as read, remove them from the inbox, or immediately undo that action.
- We process only Gmail inboxes you connect and sync.
- We never mark or archive mail without your action.
- We do not send or delete mail or use it for advertising.
Sync and processing run on Cloudflare Workers, D1, and Queues. When rules and known templates cannot decide, the portion needed for classification and summarization is sent to the OpenAI API. Stored data can be deleted from “Delete account and all data” in Settings.
