The Service is a private preview. Features, presentation, and data formats may change without notice; we do not guarantee continued availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Sign in with a Google Account you lawfully control and connect only Gmail accounts you are authorized to process. Because the Service is limited, only Google Accounts approved by the operator may sign in. Do not allow others to use your credentials.

3. User data

You may submit only email and other data you are authorized to process. Make needed backups before submitting data, and check applicable law and contracts for confidential or third-party information.

4. Prohibited use

• Violating law or third-party rights
• Unauthorized access, exploiting vulnerabilities, or disrupting the Service
• Impersonating others or bypassing authentication
• Using the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes

5. Automated classification

Classification, summaries, and priority decisions may contain errors. Always verify important messages, deadlines, payments, and security notices against the original and its provider.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the software, design, text, and other parts of the Service belong to the operator or their rightful owners. Rights in data you submit remain with you or the original rights holder.

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

The operator may suspend or terminate all or part of the Service for safety, Terms violations, or reasonable operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out.

9. Changes to these Terms

When these Terms change, we will post the revised Terms and date here. Material changes will be announced reasonably in advance.
